Check-in Information
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a Charge Automation link to complete the digital check-in.
Access to the unit will only be granted after this process is completed.
Please complete it as early as possible to avoid delays in receiving your check-in instructions.
It is not allowed to open the windows of the room for safety reasons, also it generates condensation with the air conditioner and Can produce water drips and consequential slip and falls and damage the furniture, if there is any damage due to this, the corresponding charge will be made.
Any damage to items provided for your stay (linens and towels, kitchen items, beach items and furniture) may be charged at check out after inspection of the unit.
The swimming pool is open from sunrise to sunset and no entry is allowed outside this time frame.
In case you check out after 10 am without our prior authorization, we may charge a late check out fee of half of the night.
Smoking or tampering with the smoke detector is prohibited in our units. In case of doing so we will
charge an extra 250 USD since our units are smoke free.
If you are between 18 and 21 years old, you will need to present a signed parental consent form for check-in. You can make inquiries privately, and we will be happy to assist you.

We will provide you with a clean apartment at your arrival, just remember that daily cleaning it’s not included. We can organize with our staff to come through and clean for an additional charge, they are available from 10 AM to 5 PM, after this time range, we kindly coordinate any special assistance for the next day. In case you may need early or late check out. We will do everything in our power to accommodate you but in general it will depends on the availability, check-ins are at 3:00 pm and check outs at 10:00 am.

The elevators have the control panel outside the cabin. Simply enter the floor number you wish to go to, and it will indicate which elevator to take you there.
The complimentary valet parking may sometimes experience delays during peak hours and is not managed by us. Please be patient and remember that it is complimentary during your stay. :)
Additionally, the building's security staff is not part of our company. Please understand that this is a necessary step for the safety of everyone in the building. If you arrive during peak hours, there may be some delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we are ready to make your visit memorable, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.

The condominium has over 600 units, not all of which are under our management. Our office is located in the Lower Lobby and can be accessed via the elevator or stairs. To access the beach, you will need to cross the pool area.
