The location of Boutique Apartments Miami is very centrally located in a residential area. It is on the BEACH side of Collins avenue on millionaires row in Miami Beach. Being directly on Collins Ave provides quick access to all of Miami Beach and Miami. Few blocks from the famous Fontainebleau Hotel
There are numerous buses and taxis and UBERs always available on Collins ave since it is the primary artery connecting North Beach to South Beach. There is also access to the Miami Beach public bike system called Citi Bike.

The building's management committee has announced that the swimming pool will be undergoing repairs to enhance the service and improve the value of the building for all its customers and residents in the complex. This new was recently reported by the committee.
However, access to the beach will still be available for you to enjoy the sun and the Caribbean Sea, allowing you to have a beautiful and well-deserved vacation. Thank you very much!
It is not allowed to open the windows of the room for safety reasons, also it generates condensation with the air conditioner and Can produce water drips and consequential slip and falls and damage the furniture, if there is any damage due to this, the corresponding charge will be made.
Any damage to items provided for your stay (linens and towels, kitchen items, beach items and furniture) may be charged at check out after inspection of the unit.
The swimming pool is open from sunrise to sunset and no entry is allowed outside this time frame.
In case you check out after 10 am without our prior authorization, we may charge a late check out fee of half of the night.
Smoking or tampering with the smoke detector is prohibited in our units. In case of doing so we will charge an extra 250 USD since our units are smoke free.
Castle Beach Condo has a 21+ policy for the reservation holder But do not Worry! . if you are between 18 and 21 years of age, you may enter the building upon presenting with you a written parental consent form signed at the front desk. You can download any model form from the internet and present it very simple!.

We will provide you with a clean apartment at your arrival, just remember that daily cleaning it’s not included. We can organize with our staff to come through and clean for an additional charge, they are available from 10 AM to 5 PM, after this time range, we kindly coordinate any special assistance for the next day. In case you may need early or late check out. We will do everything in our power to accommodate you but in general it will depends on the availability, check-ins are at 3:00 pm and check outs at 10:00 am.
Direct Beach Access - no need to even cross the street. Just take the elevator to LL (Lower Level) and walk past the pool and you are on the beach. There are no streets to cross or ways to get lost which makes it very safe for children.
The free valet Parking sometimes runs a little slow during rush hours and is not is not managed by us . So please be patient and remember that it's complementary!
Also The security staff of the building is not part of our company. Please be aware that this is a step that must be respected for the safety of everyone in the building. Sometimes they might request using the facemask at the check in. If you arrive at peak hours there may be some delays. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we are ready to make your stay memorable!
