Check-in Information
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a Charge Automation link to complete the digital check-in.
Access to the unit will only be granted after this process is completed.
Please complete it as early as possible to avoid delays in receiving your check-in instructions.
It is not allowed to open the windows of the room for safety reasons, also it generates condensation with the air conditioner and Can produce water drips and consequential slip and falls and damage the furniture, if there is any damage due to this, the corresponding charge will be made.
Any damage to items provided for your stay (linens and towels, kitchen items, beach items and furniture) may be charged at check out after inspection of the unit.
The swimming pool is open from sunrise to sunset and no entry is allowed outside this time frame.
In case you check out after 10 am without our prior authorization, we may charge a late check out fee of half of the night.
Smoking or tampering with the smoke detector is prohibited in our units. In case of doing so we will
charge an extra 250 USD since our units are smoke free.
If you are between 18 and 21 years old, you will need to present a signed parental consent form for check-in. You can make inquiries privately, and we will be happy to assist you.

Important Information for Your Stay
The building elevators are operated via a control panel outside the cabin. Just enter your desired floor, and it will guide you to the correct elevator.
Complimentary valet parking is provided during your stay. During busy hours, there may be short delays as it is managed by the building, not by us. Your patience is appreciated!
The building security team is independent of our management. This ensures the safety of all residents and guests. Occasional delays may occur during peak times, and we thank you for your understanding.
Guests ages 18–21 will need to present a signed parental consent form at check-in. Feel free to contact us privately for guidance — we’re happy to assist.
The condominium has over 600 units, and not all are managed by us. Our office is located in the Lower Lobby, accessible via elevator or stairs. To reach the beach, simply cross the pool area.
