Located in North Bay Village, we are in the middle between the massive city of Miami and the festive Miami Beach in order to have a little of both worlds immerse yourself in our experience and let us provide you with a good service.
It is not allowed to leave the windows of the room for safety reasons, also it generates condensation with the air conditioner and Can produce water drips and consequential slip and falls and damage the furniture, if there is any damage due to this, the corresponding charge will be made.
In case you check out after 10 am without our prior authorization, we may charge a late check out fee of half of the night.
Smoking or tampering with the smoke detector is prohibited in our units. In case of doing so we will charge an extra 250 USD since our units are smoke free.
Remember that you only have to pay a 15 USD front desk fee at the front desk for your admission.
You will find a parking card with the room number on the unit. You must use it for the parking of the establishment. Please leave it in the same bag you found it in when you are finished. in case we can find the ticket at the end of your end we will charge the amount of 50 USD
Simple steps at the time at your Check in! you can arrive with your car, paid the reception fee to the front desk (10 USD) which is really cheap and you can enjoy all the comforts of your apartment.
