Windows: For safety reasons, windows in the apartment cannot be opened. Doing so can cause condensation from the air conditioner, water drips, slips, and furniture damage. Any damages caused by this will incur a charge.
Damages: Any damage to items provided for your stay (linens, towels, kitchen items, beach equipment, or furniture) may be charged after inspection at check-out.
Swimming Pool: Open from sunrise to sunset. No entry is allowed outside of these hours.
Late Check-Out: Check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-out without prior authorization may incur a fee of half the night’s rate.
Smoking & Smoke Detectors: Smoking or tampering with smoke detectors is strictly prohibited. A charge of $250 USD will apply if this rule is violated, as all units are smoke-free.
Guests 18–21 Years Old: Guests between 18 and 21 must present a signed parental consent form at check-in. Please contact us privately for assistance.

Elevators: The control panels are outside the cabin. Simply enter the floor number you wish to go to, and the system will indicate which elevator to take.

Building Security: The security staff are not part of our company. This measure is for the safety of everyone in the building. During peak hours, there may be minor delays. We apologize for any inconvenience and are happy to assist you with any questions.

Condominium Info: The building has over 600 units, not all under our management. Our office is in the Lower Lobby and can be accessed via elevator or stairs. To access the beach, you’ll need to cross the pool area.
