Welcome to our apartment in South Beach! Enjoy a comfortable stay in our space that you surely won't forget! In our space, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom, and plenty of storage for your belongings. Our location allows you to easily explore the most interesting area of South Beach: you will be close to all the action,restaurants and clubs while at the same time enjoying a quiet and more residential part of the town. Nightlife, beach, and restaurants are just steps away. If you plan to arrive by car we suggest you use the ABAE Hotel parking garage 2 blocks from the property where you will receive a special discount for mentioning “Boutique discount”. Other option is use one of the city's public parkings, since the building sits in a residential only parking area. Our recommendation is just to leave your car in a public park and walk everywhere since you’ll be literally in the middle of everything. We hope you enjoy your stay with Boutique Suites!

In case you check out after 10 am without our prior authorization, we may charge a late check out fee of half of the night.
Smoking or tampering with the smoke detector is prohibited in our units. In case of doing so we will charge an extra 250 USD since our units are smoke free.
We are delighted to offer you a hassle-free check-in experience with our self check-in system. Before your arrival, you will receive an exclusive code that will grant you access to your accommodation. This code will be provided along with detailed instructions on how to use it to access your unit .

We can organize with our staff to come through and clean for an additional charge, they are available from 10 AM to 5 PM, after this time range, we kindly coordinate any special assistance for the next day. In case you may need early or late check out. We will do everything in our power to accommodate you but in general it will depend on the availability, check-ins are at 3:00 pm and check outs at 10:00 am.
