Any damage to items provided for your stay (linens and towels, kitchen items, furniture) may be charged at check out after inspection of the unit.

In case you check out after 10 am without our prior authorization, we may charge a late check out fee of half of the night.

Smoking or tampering with the smoke detector is prohibited in our units. In case of doing so we will charge an extra 250 USD since our units are smoke free.
