The location is very centrally located in the heart of iconic South Beach, right behind the brand new state of the art MIAMI BEACH CONVENTION CENTER. The apartment is located on the famous Washington Avenue, 1 block distance from the world known Collins Avenue and the Beaches, right across the street from Iconic Hotels like The Setai and The W South Beach. Being only 1 block from Collins Ave provides quick access to all of South Beach and Miami Beach.
There are numerous buses and taxis and UBERs always available around, otherwise you can simply walk. There is also access to the Miami Beach public bike system called Citi Bike.
In case you check out after 10 am without our prior authorization, we may charge a late check out fee of half of the night.
Smoking or tampering with the smoke detector is prohibited in our units. In case of doing so we will charge an extra 250 USD since our units are smoke free.
Any damage to items provided for your stay (linens and towels, kitchen items, beach items and furniture) may be charged at check out after inspection of the unit.
What could be better than self check in, without queuing at a reception? Just a simple call at the electric door to open the front door and the flat is all yours!
