House Rules
A valid ID must be presented at check-in.
Subleasing and unregistered guests are not allowed.
Smoking, vaping, or tampering with smoke detectors is prohibited. Fine: 250 USD.
Quiet hours: 10 PM – 9 AM (strict).
No parties or loud music.
Pool: use the service elevator entrance when wet.
Gym: proper attire required; access for guests 16+ only.
Park only in your assigned space and always display the parking pass.
Lost fob fee: 300 USD.
Do not hang towels or clothing on balconies.
All trash must be bagged before using the chute.
No pets allowed.
Maximum occupancy: 6 adults + 1 child.
Check-in
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a Charge Automation link to complete the digital check-in.
Access to the unit will only be granted after this process is completed.
Please complete it in advance to avoid delays.
Additional Fees for Delivered Items
Packages: 5 USD (10 USD for large packages).
Luggage storage: 10 USD per item.
Unauthorized late check-out: 50% of the nightly rate.
Damages to linens, towels, furniture, kitchenware, or beach items may be charged after inspection.

Our building also features a 24/7 security desk that will assist you throughout your check-in process and during your entire stay.

You will have everything you need for your stay and more. The reception team will be able to help you with any questions you may have as well as us with previous coordination since our main offices are not on site.
Please note that the rate does not cover a mandatory fee of 40 USD per reservation, required upon arrival to obtain the tokens and fobs needed to access the building’s common areas. This fee is paid directly at the condominium by credit card.
We would like to inform you that the building façade is currently undergoing maintenance work. For this reason, the balcony must remain closed during your stay.
