- Check-In:
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a Charge Automation link to complete digital check-in. Access to the unit is only granted after this process is completed. Please complete it as early as possible to avoid delays in receiving your check-in instructions.
- Windows & Safety:
For your safety, do not open the windows. Opening windows can cause condensation from the air conditioner, leading to water drips, slips, falls, or furniture damage. Any damage caused by this may incur additional charges.
- Damages:
Any damage to items provided for your stay (linens, towels, kitchen items, beach items, or furniture) may be charged after inspection at check-out.
- Swimming Pool:
The pool is open from sunrise to sunset. Entry outside these hours is not allowed.
- Late Check-Out:
Check-out after 10 AM without prior authorization may incur a late check-out fee of half the nightly rate.
- Smoking & Safety:
Our units are smoke-free. Smoking or tampering with the smoke detector is prohibited. Violations may result in a $250 USD fee.
- Guests 18–21 Years Old:
Guests between 18 and 21 years old must present a signed parental consent form at check-in. You can make inquiries privately, and we will be happy to assist you.

Our office staff is on-site Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturdays until noon, ready to help with any inquiries. For anything else, our maintenance and cleaning teams are available to handle emergencies or extra needs — just reach out through the app, and we’ll take care of it promptly.

*IMPORTANT INFORMATION*
Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:
- Elevators: The control panel is located outside the cabin. Simply enter your desired floor, and it will indicate which elevator will take you there.
- Valet Parking: Complimentary valet parking is provided, but may experience occasional delays during peak hours as it is managed by the building. We appreciate your patience — parking is free during your stay.
- Security Staff: The building’s security personnel are not part of our team. Their presence ensures the safety of all residents and guests. During busy times, some delays may occur. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Guests 18–21 Years Old: Must present a signed parental consent form at check-in. Contact us privately if you have any questions — we’re happy to assist.
- Condo & Office: The building has over 600 units, not all managed by us. Our office is located in the Lower Lobby, accessible by elevator or stairs. To reach the beach, you will need to cross the pool area.
