Please take note of the following details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:

- Elevators: The control panel is located outside the cabin. Simply enter your desired floor, and it will indicate which elevator will take you there.

- Valet Parking: Complimentary valet parking is provided, but may experience occasional delays during peak hours as it is managed by the building. We appreciate your patience — parking is free during your stay.

- Security Staff: The building’s security personnel are not part of our team. Their presence ensures the safety of all residents and guests. During busy times, some delays may occur. We apologize for any inconvenience.

- Guests 18–21 Years Old: Must present a signed parental consent form at check-in. Contact us privately if you have any questions — we’re happy to assist.

- Condo & Office: The building has over 600 units, not all managed by us. Our office is located in the Lower Lobby, accessible by elevator or stairs. To reach the beach, you will need to cross the pool area.
